Blindfold Training Sessions

Running without using your sight can seem daunting at first, but with a little coaching and practice, you'll soon be running as comfortably as the visually impaired runners at the Vision 5K.

The training is easy and enjoyable. Check out photos from our April 26 session here.

To help you get comfortable, the Vision 5K offers two different training sessions: The Blindfold Basics (Session 1) and Running A Race Blindfolded (Session 2).

Participants in the CEO Challenge and the Blindfold Challenge must attend one of each training session to learn how to have fun, run safely—and run well! Each of the sessions is offered more than once. (Download the schedule as a Word document.)
