Bill Rodgers to run at the 2008 Vision 5K
The Vision 5K is one of the most unique races in Boston sports history. In 2008, we are excited to announce that our race will be run by one of the most accomplished athletes in Boston sports history.
Marathon legend Bill Rodgers, who won the Boston and New York marathons four times and who helped create a national passion for running, will be a guide for the CEO Challenge. Rodgers will run alongside the top fundraiser for the CEO Challenge.
He'll be on the course with everyone else taking part in this amazing race--the elite blind and visually impaired athletes competing for their national championship, the Blindfold Challenge participants, and the hundreds of runners and walkers having a great time and making a difference.
